Module 2 - Basic Intercultural Acuity - April 13, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Module 2 provides a more in-depth examination of culture and how cultural differences can impact the workplace. Participants will identify their own cultural norms and contrast their norms with those of others. Participants will also learn how to build an inclusive workplace culture that will increase employee retention and improve workplace morale.
