Collider Foundation Welcomes New Board Chair Pamela York

We are honored to welcome Pamela York as the new Board Chair of Collider Foundation.

Pam has been part of Collider since the very beginning, serving as Vice Chair since 2022. She brings deep experience as a co-founder, startup leader, and now Managing Partner of Capita3, a venture capital group investing in health startups led by nontraditional founders. Pam’s career reflects a commitment to inclusive ecosystem development and supporting entrepreneurs often left behind by traditional systems.

As Board Chair, Pam will build on the strong foundation created by our founding chair, Traci Downs, who has guided Collider from its origins as a coworking space to its current role as a community-based entrepreneurial support organization. We are grateful that Traci will continue to serve on our board.

This transition marks an important milestone for Collider. With Pam’s clarity of vision, strategic insight, and dedication to empowering leaders, we are excited for the next chapter of growth and impact.
