Attend this six-part training series to learn new and effective workforce recruitment strategies for your organization by diversifying employment strategies and adapting workplace culture.

This session presents values-based interactive training that develops norms for communication and increases awareness of barriers to interpersonal connectivity.  Activities include exploring intent versus impact, the ladder of inference, and reflective listening. In addition, this session provides a learning piece on gender equity and gender respect in the workplace.
