Products & Services - Who are you designing them for? - Ahmed Makkawy

Part of the Business Expert Series in association with Winona State University College of Business.

We’ll take a skyline tour of user experience (UX) methods that help you identify areas to improve your products or services. Odds are you already know it’s a rush coming up with product/service ideas and imagining how your customers or users will use them. We’ll dig into catering them to your audience. The route we’ll work our way through works in both enterprise or startup environments very well and we’ll run through the differences. You’ll walk away with a toolkit for moving forward with your ideas and having explored a new skillset.

We will:
1. Identify the key players in product/service design
2. Learn about some new rapid prototyping tools
3. Discuss boiling down, scaling, and iterating on your ideas
