We will be hosting a discussion with four women technology leaders who’ve made conscious, calculated decisions along the courses of their careers to maintain a hands-on technical focus, while continuing to develop their leadership skills and climb the corporate ladder. It’s our hope this discussion will provide further insight into the ways in which women technologists and leaders might maintain – and even sharpen – their technical skills while taking on new challenges, fueling their desires for professional growth and advancement, and adding to/ enhancing their leadership capabilities.
