Module 3 - Common Language: Modulating for Impact - May 11, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Module 3 focuses on communication and strategies for effective and inclusive workplace communication. Topics explored in this module include: intent v. impact, intentional language use, ladder of inference, and microaggressions. Participants will practice and develop tools to promote and use inclusive language and communication skills. Module 3 includes communication tips and tools for creating a more inclusive job interview process.
