Module 1 - Inclusivity: Core Elements of Proficiency - March 9, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Module 1 is an introductory look into the topics of diversity and inclusion. The presentation will include activities on bias and cultural understanding, as well as discussion about the barriers to and benefits of inclusivity in the workplace. Module 1 also includes a brief section on understanding culture as well as tools for increasing diversity and inclusion in the workplace through improving job recruitment and job descriptions.
