The User Experience (UX) Design Matters meetup group in Rochester will
present a panel discussion at the Rochester Public Library on Monday, 
December 11 at 7PM in the main auditorium.  We will meet with Audrey
Betcher, RPL’s Director, to discuss the topic “Reading Into Service
Design (also known as Customer Service).”
